Here's a listing of what I'm bringing to the field or slope nowadays. It's always hopelessly out of date, but such is life!
Rifter and me at the Spruce Meadows Novice-Circuit Hunter opener.
Thermal Duration / F3J / F3B

Top)
Emerald - I just bought this from a fellow club member, so here's a link to his page

Lower Left)
Hera - from Etienne at Icare Sailplanes. Medium wind F3J/ TD machine.

Lower Right)
Eraser/El Camino - from Etienne at Icare Sailplanes. F3B version, suited for F3B work or heavy air F3J/TD.

Scale / Aerotowing

Top) 18m DG-600 - from Etienne at Icare Sailplanes. Pictured here is Ryan van Beurden with his brand new DG-600 (Mine is with the Kadet).

Lower Left) Kadet Senior - coverted Sig kit, adding flaps, ailerons AND A TOW RELEASE (soaring content), for learning how to aerotow. Happily pulls up the TG-3, should be good for up to a 3.5m sailplane

Lower Right)
DAW TG-3 - just for fooling around and teaching friends to fly. Got mine in at 29 oz @ 4 ch. (vs 36-40 stock), so it thermals well! Now with a tow release for practice towing behind the Kadet.

Hand Launch

Top)
Maple Leaf Encore - DLG

Lower Right)
Raptor Aerosports Feather XL - coverted to DLG

Lower Left)
Nymph MHLG - 30" span, shown next to a 60" Wizard for scale

Just for fun:

Upper Left)
Herr Engineering Aquastar - back from the dead after a nasty run-in with a model helicopter

Upper Right)
Multiplex Lucky - my glass slope ship. Great fun in light or heavy wind, though it could quite happily be about 16 oz heavier.

Lower Left)
Sunbird - big 90" themal wing design. Flies great, I'm really happy with this one.

Lower Right)
GWS Pico Stick - here you see a Stick in it's natural environment...cheap, fun little parkflier.

Not shown) ODR, One Design Racer. 60" EPP slope ship, soon to be kitted by a new company on the market. I got a pre-production kit to review, and I'm REALLY happy to report that it's going to be worth waiting for.
Retired / Sold

Top Left)
RnR Genesis - an old workhorse, I sold this one to Ryan (see DG) when I bought the Emerald. The Genesis ultimately met it end under the unforgiving wheels of a Nissan Quest minivan, though parts of it may live on with another old Genesis. In the photo I'm holding onto the plane (it's the rather nasty green/salmon airplane...believe me I didn't paint it!)

Top Right)
Zagi EPP - bought it just to figure out which slopes are slopeable, though should the odd combat session come up, it took on all comers. I eventually laminated the elevons with carbon fibre cloth and sanded them to a razor point, but I had to retire the airplane after three seasons late in 2001. It was never quite the same after I used it to dynamic soar at California's Parker mountain while attending the 2001 International Hand Launch Competition..

Middle Right)
Midwest Essence - it's true! There's half of an Essence wing in there somewhere...sort of :) Definitely a superfloater.

Middle Left)
Great Planes Spirit Elite -  a friend bought this one, but I love showing it off!

Bottom)
Wizard HLG - a good HLG, but not suitable for discus launching.
On the workbench:

Project #1: 1:4 scale Minimoa from the Chris Williams plan. 160" span, beautiful gull-wing design. A Californian example is seen at the top to the left (photo credit?)

Project #2: DLG. Step 1
complete - fusealge pod mold complete. Similar style to pod used by the Encore.

Project #3: Rosenthal 1:3.75 scale Ventus C. Proposed span 199"  An example is seen to the right (photo credit?)

Project #4:
2002 SAE Aerodesign West airplane. Please see this site to support our team!

Project#5:
BossaNova, own design (92" span, 70-120 oz). Built tough and rigid for the Speed Trials tentatively scheduled for 2003. Mold for removable nosecone is seen in middle-right photo.
