This album contains material from almost all of Prince's previous albums as well as two new songs. It contains something so rare in the Prince universe as a blues song ("Peach"), and apart from that and the song "Pope" it is just hit upon hit upon hit ....
People that have had their interest in Prince awakened by "The Hits 1" should continue here.

I won't even try to figure out precisely who's on this album. There is some exiting news however, in that it is actually Mayte Garcia, Prince's wife, that sings co-lead on "Pope".

Chart notes:

This album did not sell well enough to make the top twenty but it did reach no.54 on the Pop-chart and no.23 on the R&B-chart.
No singles were released.
