Guest Stars are now a permanent part of the show, really. But back in the good old days - the 90's - guest stars were random and made the show even better. Here is my list of the best and worst guest stars that have been on the show and some ideas on how some celebrities could come on the show who haven't already. The Best Jon Lovitz Throughout the show's history, Jon has given his great voice to numerous characters that have guest starred on the show. Each guest brought great new adventures and made that episode priceless! He's voiced Llewellyn Sinclair ('A Streetcar Named Marge'), Jay Sherman, Dean Lombardo ('Brush With Greatness') and Artie Ziff. These characters lent themselves to make the episodes that they appeared in. Jon's comedic talents are obviously evident in his appearances, but his voice-over skills are also shown. No matter how silly you may think it was the Critic-Simpsons crossover, there is no doubt that that episode was a great success and just proved that Jon Lovitz as any guest star role does work and work well. |
