| Too Little Too Late 10th April 2001 This episode centers around Mitch and his new patient. This girl has a heart problem, and a yellow teeth problem. In the end she dies because Claudia McKenzie can't find the cash to fly up a top doctor from Melbourne to do the operation. Mitch feels like crap, and he blames Kate Larsen for not sticking up for him. Kate is still drinking on the job. Night Terrors 17th April 2001 Resident booze hound Kate Larsen is busted by Von in the middle of a nightmare hangover. How pissed would ya be!! Von cleans Kate up, and all seems well until Kate goes to take a shower. Then she gets dressed up in her Nurse uniform and hops in the shower (what the--). Later Von finds her on the floor in the shower, bleeding. The she calls Ben and the Conrad Coleby guy, who take Kate to St Micheals hospital, even though All Saints is closer, just to avoid everyone finding out about Kate's habit. Jared and Kylie get it on in the NUM room. Bron comes in and says "Zip it up guys, you'e needed out here." Hehe, we laughed and laughed!!! Stay tuned, next week is Terri's return. And she's had a haircut. And Mitch gets jealous of the new head doctor who has taken a shine to Terri, my how the tables have turned! Terri's Return!! (we can't remember what the episode's called) 24th April 2001 Well, Terri's back from seeing her mother (Georgie was with her baby) so now the drama can go on. Mitch is QUITE conflicted over the new arrival of head doctor Malcolm, who used to be Mitch's intern and now he's his boss. Terri is pleasantly surprised to learn that Malcolm used to have a full-blown crush on her. Mitch is there to witness Terri walking out of Ward 17 with Malcolm, on a date. He was spewin!!! Ah, it's all looking VERY good people. Bron nurses an old Vietnam Vet who has prostate cancer, and his son, who was permanently red in the face as a result of oestrogen in his blood, said he would march in ANZAC day for him. WOOHOO! Next week things should get even more tense as Malcolm and Terri keep dating. Also, this week, there was this cool vampire who reminded me of MATTY BENNETT soo much!!! He refused to go in the sun light because he thought he would melt or some crazy crap like that!!! The episode without a name 1st May 2001 This episode ruled. There was this bomb planted at a school for juvenile delinquent boys. The bomb was planted by this boy named Jonno, and it took off the hand of another psychopath boy called Kym. Kym has a real attitude problem, he fully insulted everybody. What a tool. Forlano has a little bonding session with him after Kym's hand fails to be reattached properly. It's all very sweet and stuff. Anyway, Rose invited Terri over for dinner, but Terri said she couldn't come!!! AAGH!! What's going on?? They're suppost to hate each other!! Ah, what's the deal? Terri said she would come another time. Mitch was all fretting because Kym threatened his physio Rose, and since Rose is Mitch's wife, he was all protective n stuff. Yeah, Kilo n Sooz weren't buying it! Today was also the first day that mitch and Rose left baby Lucy at the creche. ah, nobody CARES!!! Just get with TERRI ALREADY!!!! Bron had trouble with this retard patient called Amanda. Amanda said Bron STINKS!! Amanda is a knob. She kept drinking water even though she's not allowed to, otherwise her drip thing wont work. She wouldnt listen to Bron! She only liked Doctor Mitch, as she called him. In the end, Bron fully told Amanda off, and that seemed to shut her up. The one where Bron yells at her father 10th May 2001 We begin with Kylie Preece going home after her triple shift, and falling asleep at the wheel. She hits another car and seriously injures the male driver. Yes, it was all very tense. The guy she hit turns out to be OK, but he has a wife and 2 kids who are now stuffed because the dad cant work for 12 months. Kylie ends up fainting with exhaustion, and crying desperately. Terri is hardly in the episode, and neither is Mitch. Bron nurses a girl who was raped by her Uncle, and Bron's father arrives to operate on the girl's bad heart which is as a result of the STD Gonorrea. Brons dad, Dr Craig, is a MASSIVE prick. He is so mean to Bron. He basically called Bron's patient a slut, as he didn't know she was abused, he just thought she was promiscuous. At the end of the episode we discover Bron was abused as a 7 year old by one of her dad's friends. She told her dad, but he didn't believe her. Now her Dad thinks she's crazy. The one where Connor discovers his Mum has AIDS 15th May 2001 Nothing much happens this episode. Connor suffers much angst when his Mum is admitted for a chest infection, and Mitch discovers she has the HIV virus. Connor's Mum doesnt want Connor to know, so he gets all suspicious, and ends up finding out in a really bad way. It turns out that his Mum's boyfriend gave her the disease, after he slept with a prostitute in Bali before he met Julie, Connors Mum. Julie decides to fight the disease with her boyfriend, instead of leaving him. Also, Bron decides to get some councelling concerning what her father's friend did to her when she was 7 years old. |
