May 22nd 2001- To Be or Not To Be
Rose invites Terri over for dinner with her and Mitch, and surprises her with a blind date! It's a doctor from All Saints, who turns out to be nice, but boring. Terri is terribly embarassed! Mitch talks to Terri about it afterwards, and it is pretty clear that he is jealous of all this attention Terri is receiving. Mitch and Terri also look after a refugee who refuses to eat because he wants to die. He doesn't want to go back to his country because the evil people there made him rape his brother's wife and daughter. Rose gets all hurt by the way Terri and Mitch are working on the refugee together. Von explains that, to her, it is Terri and Mitch against the world, together. And that bothers Rose. Terri confronts her and says its not like that, but Rose acts like she doesn't know what Terri is talking about. This frustrates Terri.
Also, Ben and Bron have sex. YAY!

May 29th 2001 - The one where Mitch is Jealous
Mitch is heaps jealous when Malcolm shows interest in Terri. Also, Malcolm and Mitch fight over a patient while Terri is stuck in the middle.

June 5th 2001 - Bed Of Roses
Terri accepts a date with Malcolm. Mitch says "Sometimes you have to accept people's decisions" and gives Terri a meaningful look. Of course, he is discussing a patient, but we know better!! Forlano continues his affair with Claudia MacKensie, and he is disappointed at her selfishness when she refuses to comfort him after losing a patient. Hehehe, serves him right! Bron and Ben experience a little trouble over Ben's dream about his dead wife, and Bron gets a little insecure. The new calendar featuring some of the buff bodies from Ward 17 is out!! YUMMO! They even put in Conrad Coleby, aka Ben's ambo partner. Sweet!! :-)

sorry everyone, kilo and sooz have been on holidays and we havent had much time for reviews,
but now were back, so on with the show...

July 17th 2001 -
Chains of Love
This episode sees Mitch not wanting to go home, because his marriage is on the rocks. Kilo and Sooz cant say theyre surprised. Terri and Mitch still have a lot of tension going, and Mitch is beginning to realise that his marriage will never last as long as he's still in love with Terri. Also, this episode we find out that Rose is pregnant again, meaning we're probably in for another round of SuperBitchRose who isnt on her bi-polar medication.
Mitch and Terri have a patient who is a woman that is told her husband is dead. When it turns out the whole thing was a case of mistaken identity, the woman realises she doesnt want to be married to her husband anymore, because she saw how good her life could be if she wasnt married. The whole situation parallels Mitch's marriage to Rose, in the sense that Mitch wants out because he realises he could have a much better life, being with Terri, if he wasnt married to Rose.
Anyway, Mitch and Terri try to talk the woman out of staying with her husband, but it doesnt work. Mitch and Terri give the husband a talking to as well, trying to convince him to leave the woman. Mitch talks about how he may have gotten married for the wrong reasons, after he found himself in a situation he thought might not change, so he did something stupid that he now regrets. Mitch gave Terri a meaningful look as he said this.
Also this episode, Ben is in an accident, and it draws him ever-closer to Bron. There are some nice touching scenes with both of them. It seems like Ben and Bron are destined to be together for ever! Kilo and Sooz hope so :)

July 24th 2001 - Law of the Jungle
Mitch and Malcolm clash over a female patient with hypothermia. She has a dead baby who she insists on nursing. The doctors cant begin to treat her until she is seperated from the baby. Malcolm wants to get the baby taken off her, but Mitch wants to give her time. Terri supports Mitch, and Malcolm gets an ego-bruising (he tells Terri this). After they give the woman time, her baby comes back to life. If Malcolm took the baby off the woman, the baby wouldnt be alive. Its the closest thing to a miracle ive ever seen says Terri.
Later, Terri and Mitch are talking, and Malcolm sees them together looking flirty, and Rose comes up, sees Mitch and Terri, and says something like "Its hard for me too sometimes".
Afterwards, Mitch and Malcolm play a game of squash together. The atmosphere is very tense and competitive as they are both trying to beat the other -- physically, and metaphorically. Rose and Terri show up to the court and watch the two guys play. As Terri watches from above, its like Mitch and Malcolm are competing for her. Mitch wins, giving a significant glace up at Terri -- like, did you see me? I beat him, im better than him. The whole scene was like survival of the fittest. When they are walking off the court together, Malcolm quietly tells Mitch that he should really sort out what he wants. You cant have your cake and eat it too. Mitch says he doesnt know what Malcolm is talking about. Malcolm says "Ask your wife." Mitch looks stunned.
When the game is over and everyone is outside, Malcolm breaks up with Terri. There is something stopping her from becoming intimate with Malcolm. When he asks what it is, she says I dunno. Malcolm knows what it is. He doesnt say, he just says "Be careful what u wish for..." and leaves Terri sitting there on the bench crying.
It seems that Both Mitch and Terri cant have normal relationships with other people because of their love for each other. Everyone involved keeps getting hurt. Terri' relationship has gone to shit, and it looks like Mitch's is very close to it.
