Dragonball Z starts off with Goku and his son Gohan going to Master Roshi's house to see all of there friends.When they get there Goku starts to feel a strang power.Then this guy shows up claiming he is Goku's brother and that Goku himself is a Saiyian.The guy's name was Raddits.
Raddits wanted Goku to go with him, but when he refused Raddits took Gohan and left. Then Piccolo shows up.He teams up with Goku,and they go to find Raddits.They find him, and they start to fight Raddits.While they are fighting Goku relized that raddits had a tail.Goku remembered that when he had a tail, when someone would grab it he would become paralized.So,he fought Raddits and finally got his chance to grab his tail.While he was squeezing his tail,Piccolo was building up energy to use his most powerful attack,The Special Beam Cannon. Raddits started to talk to Goku and he told him that he would leave earth and never come back if Goku let go of him.Since Goku has such a good heart he let go of him and Raddits elbowed him right in the head.In a giant rage,Gohan blasts right out of Raddits's spaceship and headbutts Riddits right in the chest.Goku got up and grabbed Raddits from behind.Goku told Piccolo to use his special beam cannon.Piccolo shot it at Raddits and Goku and it went right throw both of the chests.While they laid on the ground dieing Piccolo told Raddits that they could wish Goku back with the Dradonballs,but then Raddits told them that two more saiyians where headed to earth and that he was transmiting everything they told him to them,and that they would be her in one year.Then he and Goku died.Piccolo desided to take Gohan and train him.Mean while Kami(the Guardian of earth)was trying to convince King Yema into letting Goku keep his body and letting him go train with King Ki.So after King Yema gave him the OK,Goku set off on Snake Way to go to King Ki's planet and train with him.
