       Surviving You
Unspoken words speak in hidden meaning,
Reminding me of the time we have lost.
Blinded eyes can not be without seeing
Wasted love and its unmerciful cost.
You took my heart and caged it in your arms,
Its strangling arms turn my dreams to fears
And keep me searching for your poison charms.
Once I thought I saw you through my tears.
But it was just another silent cry.
The escape from life's hardend touch is tough.
The only painless way to live is to die.
The satisfaction is never enough.
Only in death can this prison key turn.
Surviving you sets me free from Hell's burn.
