| If the Marlins are out of the playoff hunt Cliff Floyd will be gone. They would like to unload his salary and get top prospects from either New York or Seattle. Look for the Yankees to make more of a push to get Floyd because of there bad play if right field. |
| Now that the Indians have traded Bartolo Colon it looks like the firesale is on and Thome is next. Thome is a free agent after this season and they afraid they woun't be able to sign him. Look for him to go to a copntender who needs help at first like Boston or Atlanta. |
