and help can be gotten from any member.
Any member can be any race
[persona] character they want, and have as many as they want.
Uniform design is up to
each member as to what they want there character / persona to look like.
However, it is preferred
that, Imperial Navy or Marine officers have a basic format to go by.

Ways to get promoted
:
SWAC members are ranked
by their activeness or the amount of recruiting a SWAC member does.

1. SWAC members are ranked
one level every time they go out in uniform at an event [be it a Con or
Party] for a
minimum of two hours. [Only
one level can be obtained per day.] And for Rebel & Imperial members,
each level contributes to there next rank increase.

in uniform /costume is requested to be submitted with rank level request
per event.]

2. SWAC members are ranked
one level for every 10 new members [serious members] they recruit into
the club.
[Only one level can be obtained
using this method per month.]
