Rank Structure
What rank structure?
Unlike the Empire or Rebellion members
wanting to be Mercenaries,
Smugglers or
etc.. member do not go by rank, no one gains a command ,unless they start
a ship with crew or something that consists of more than 2-3 members, then
in this case they would most likely be "Partners"
or "Employees".
Instead of rank they earns experience.
.
Examples:
Mercenary
would earn "Missions" Points.
Smuggler
would earn "Run" points.
Syndicate
member would earn "Deal" points.
Pirate
would earn "Raids" levels.
.
These are what each member earns doing
events in uniform, every time a member goes to any event in uniform they
earn one point of experience.
The more experience, the better at your job you are.
