Henshin:
"Maker Star Power Make-up!" Taiki screams his henshin pharse into his headset. A star comes from the ear peice on his headset and a stream of color is created. StarMaker appears with a star that creates the top part of her fuku. It glows brightly as she stands as Sailor StarMaker.
Attacks:
"Star Gentle Uterus" She cups her hands as a star appears. She raises her hands and the star above her head and little balls of light springs from her cupped hands.
