Policy and Purpose One purpose behind this page is to give guidance to those who need it, and to expose the very real problems demonic interactions can cause to an individual or individuals, be it physically, emotionally, or spiritually. Help, assistance, and education is available here as is our goal to maintain fresh information and new sections to this site as time progresses. New pages will be added regularly, so keep checking up on us! Scripture on this page is quoted from the revised version of the Holy Bible, complete with chapter and verse numbers. It is strongly suggested that you look these up for yourselves to insure validity. Verses quoted will pertain to the topic at hand, and exist on this site to back up claims and also give insight on spiritual matters. This new page describes why. 2. About the Author I am a Born again Christian that bears witness to the need of bringing spiritual warfare to the enemy. I myself had suffered possession, found deliverance, and clung to Christ, in that order since a young age, and have studied God's word ever since. My walk with Christ has brought me to observe several supernatural occurances throughout the years, being both from Christ and demonic skirmishes. I would like to say up front that I have no intention on leading anyone to believe that there is anything different about me than anyone else. Anything I claim to have witnessed is only done so to relay to a reader with demonic intervention in their lives that there is a way of escape. | 3. List of Strange Occurences Many items on this list could resemble a classic haunting, as demons would rather veil themselves as something they're not. This is done to prevent being dealt with properly, if at all. Other traits are their's alone, and do not typically get confused with reported "ghost" type activity. A. In the Home 1. Sulfurous odors with no visible place of origin 2. An overwhelming feeling of dread or doom in particular rooms or at particular times 3. Poltergeist activity (whether you believe in ghosts or not, demons have been known to create such activities.) 4. Thrown away objects reappearing in the home even if previously destroyed 5. Hearing voices at particular times or in particular rooms 6. Shadows seen from time to time(particularly grey or dark in color) *Shadows of even partially manifest demons can actually be seen in the darkest of night. 7. Physical attacks to people that live in or are visiting a home 8. Pets behaving strangely 9. Cold spots in areas in the home where there is no existing reason for one 10. Rooms full of light can grow particularly dark, resembling a loss of wattage in bulbs...from 75 to say, 60. b. Effects to the Body Demonic posession and/or control can cause many common illnesses. This is not to say in any way that every sickness or disease is spawned from a demonic attack. Everybody gets sick, however, there is almost always an increase of illnesses to those that are spiritually afflicted via possession or demonic harassment. 1. Swings in mood (typically out of character) 2. Slight changes in facial appearances 3. Frequent feelings of paranoia 4. Loss of memory, or not able to account for one's actions 5. Edgy, panic feelings. as a situation calls for attending a church service (when one doesn't typically mind being around crowds) 6. A draw or pull to participate in, or have a growing interest in the darker side of life, so to speak 7. Suicidal tendencies or self destruction 8. Morbidity 9. Angst against Christ going above and beyond just not believing 10. Hearing voices no one else hears These are just general examples of demonic control or affliction. Clearly, mental conditions exist without any intervention of any kind, and effect the lives of an enormous amount of people. Listed above are just a few examples, but any ailment can be replicated by these creatures. 4. Demons? Scriptural Reference What are they? What is their origin? Jude v.6 And the angels that did not keep their own position but left their proper dwelling have been kept by him in eternal chains in the nether gloom until the judgement of the great day; Revelation 12.7-9 Now war arose in heaven, Michael and his angels fighting against the dragon; and the dragon and his angels fought, but they were defeated and there was no place for them in heaven. And the great dragon was thrown down, that ancient serpent, who is called the Devil and Satan, the deceiver of the whole world - he was thrown down to earth, and his angels were thrown down with him. Luke 10.18 I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven. 5. -In a Nutshell- Satan and his demonic horde is here to make our lives as miserable as possible. As far as to end our lives, in one way or another, if allowed to do so. Their mission on this earth is to rally and take as many people away from their Creator as possible. They do so via persuasion, fear, lies, control, distortion, aversion, and deceit. Satan knows that his days are numbered, and the full wrath of God is going to crush him (See entire book of Revelations). In turn, he will do whatever he can (lie, kill, and destroy) to take away those whom God loves more, and has placed over even the angels...Us! Rarely do they make themselves known for what they are because they fear being cast out. They fear the One that conquered them. And they fear that you will learn the truth behind their various disguises, and cause them to be exposed for what they really are. For that would bring out the truth about the salvation of Christ and the authority which has been granted to us in dealing with demons. They are not just a fairy tale figure, nor are they the stuff that legends are made of. They are a very real threat to anybody's existence. And to go unseen and be missdiagnosed, or not believed in, serves better for their purposes. 1 Peter 5.8 Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour. When they have chosen a target, be it man, woman, child, home, structure, object, exc., it is their goal to stay till their objective is accomplished. Different objectives could be to destroy marriages, crush personal lives in any way possible, destroy businesses, maintain useless or spiritually ineffective (spiritually dead) churches, lead people astray, havoc at home, or anything else that can do damage to the creation that they hate with blood curdling vengeance.... Human Kind. If there is demonic activity affecting a home or a person, and the activity only happens on occaision, it is likely that the demonic forces causing the disturbances had never left. Instead, they only do what they want when inclined to do so. Maybe weakening their victim(s) spiritually, physically, or emotionally, in slight ways often gone unnoticed. 6. What to do? Scriptural Reference Please divulge with me back to the promises of scripture. Matthew 16.19 I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. Ephesians 5.11-13 Take no part in the unfruitful works of darkness, but instead expose them. For it is a shame even to speak of the things that they do in secret; but when anything is exposed by light it becomes visible... Luke 13.11-13 And there was a woman who had a spirit of infirmity for eighteen years; she was bent over and could not straighten herself. And when Jesus saw her, he called her and said to her,"Woman, you are freed from your infirmity." And he laid his hands upon her, and she was immediately made straight, and she praised God. Luke 10.19 "Behold, I have given you authority to tread upon serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy; And nothing shall hurt you." John 14.12-14 "Truly, truly I say to you, he who believes in me will also do the works that I do; and greater works than these will he do, because I go to the Father. Whatever you ask in my name I will do it so that the Father may be glorified in the Son; If you ask anything in my name, I will do it." 7. -In a Second Nutshell- The salvation of Christ is more real to me than anything. I have been a beneficiary for some time now, and will not try to convince you here of the importance of Christ and his salvation, with the exception of my next statement. The only real and true way to expell demons or cancel out their wickedness is through Christ. Intended in the future will be a section on Salvation. The scriptures above are a few examples taken from the Bible to explain how and why we are able to conquer such a hidden and deceitful foe. I am not sure how to make them any more clear than they already are, but I would like to point a few things out.There is not a whole lot of information on delivering people from demons before Christ. He delivered people from demons and charged us to do the same. He has given us power and authority over the enemy. 8.
