-Day 3
Lassen National Forest outside Janesville.  It was cold that day, with a steady, light rain. Again, we found plenty of doe, but no bucks. I snuck within 50 yards of a spiky and more does bedded down in thick brush.  Bad weather is often a hunter's boon. (Even better when there are bucks! Might as well take pics and head home!)
