2. Terms of payment is to be discussed and agreed upon prior to commencement of service.
3. The Freelancer does not use any translation software for the translation works. All the translations are done personally and manually, with the use of dictionaries where applicable.
4. The Freelancer undertakes translation according to the words in the documents. Formating or editing of documents are not done. If these are required, additional charges apply.
5. Every care is taken to ensure that the translation is done professionally and accurately. However, the Freelancer accepts no responsibility in losses or damanges resulting from the use of these translations.
6. Confidentiality of the documents are guaranteed. The original document together with the translation will be erased upon acknowledgment of receipt and acceptance by the Client.
7. Please note that the Freelancer is not a certified translator and is merely on casual work basis.
