THE BEATLES Who has never heard a song by the Beatles? Nobody, I think. When I was a child I remember I always used to listen the Beatles in my house. The band had four young men: John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Star, they were all born in England. They released many records. In the beginning nobody knew them, but after a lot of hard work they managed to be in the top list of the English disc parades. Later, they would become the number one in the States. Lennon and Paul wrote the songs. A few years later George began to write too, it was a surprise for everybody when he came up with “Something”. Their first success was “Love me do” in 1962. After that, lots of songs became known all over the world, like “I want to hold your hand” “Help”, “Yesterday”, “Yellow Submarine”... The Beatles work was always impeccable. Unfortunately, in 1970 the band was over. But “The boys from Liverpool” are making success until today. It’s a pity John Lennon has died. He was murdered in 1980 by a fan. I love the Beatles songs.
