• All kinds of translations charged by the page (translator's page = 330 words) or by the word. Business/private correspondence translating and mail/fax/e-mail forwarding can be done within one working day upon a prior agreement. Fax or E-mail us samples for quotation. We are eligible to do notarially certified translations of documents for official use.


Upon your acceptance of the proposed work order, translating will be begun immediately. To initiate the performance of the translation service, simply submit 50% payment.

Upon completion of 50% of the project, 50% of the completed work will be submitted.

To initiate the remainder of the translation work, simply submit the remaining 50% payment. Upon completion of the entire translation services, all translation work in its entirety will be submitted.

All money transfer fees are assumed to be the customer's responsibility. Prefered means of payment: cash, SWIFT.

Urgent translations are subject to applicable surcharges.

In case of big orders fees may be subject to negotiating.

Rare language combination and urgent translations are subject to 50% extra fee.
* If the original is in electronic form, fees are based on word count of source text. Otherwise, fees are based on word count of translated text.
