| Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. was organized in 1922 on the campus of Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana by seven young school teachers. Its colors are ROYAL BLUE and GOLD and its offical flower is the Yellow Tea Rose. Sigma Gamma Rho is a non-profit collegiate sorority dedicated to the encouragement and promotion of high scholastic attainment, community service, and the improvement of the quality of life and the society in which we live. Our slogan "Greater Service, Greater Progress" serves as a foundation for our objectives. |
