The question most often asked is how do we go about adopting a wild horse? To adopt through W.H.I.N.I. you will need to do a few things first.
1. You will need to carefully read the Terms of Care and Maintenance.
2. Then you can print out an APPLICATION , fill it out completely and provide all asked for information (such as requirements for out-of-state).
3. We will then do or arrange a site inspection and complete the approval process. You will be notified as soon as possible.
4.Then you begin the process of picking the horse, more often the horse picks the owner :)
