Numerous travellers return to this event each year to be inspired and informed by the many hand-made houses on display. The tour is Tallowood School's major fundraiser for the year and is part of the "Back to Bowra" festival.
The Hand Made Houses Tour consists of a two day self-drive journey around the beautiful Nambucca Valley, visiting and inspecting up to 20 "alternative/unique" homes, buildings and gardens.
Many of our sponsors provide accommodation in the Nambucca Valley. Book early to avoid disappointment.
Owner/builders will be available for discussions about the special aspects of their homes. This is a rare chance for you to experience an exhibition of skilled, handcrafted, individual constructions and constructors.
