Konichi-wa! Welcome to The Anime Scoop. I have decided to redo this site and make it a little more user friendly. I have decided to delete most of the galleries on this site except those that I have made from screen captures. I will be adding new areas and doing more screen captures as time allows. The following series will be adding screen capture images Darkstalkers, Fushigi Yuugi, Vampire Miyu OVA, Angel Sanctuary, Ghost in the Shell, Ayashi No Ceres, Record of Lodoss War, Perfect Blue and Naausica. These are the only anime's I can get screen captures for, so far. Check back for updates!

NOTE: If you would like a specific screen capture from any series I have let me know and I will get it for you. All I ask is that you make a tiny link somewhere back to me, if you plan to use the images on a web site. My email button is at the bottom of this page and be sure to put Anime Scoop in the subject line so I don't confuse your request for junk mail.

FAQ'S
What's Anime you ask. Well its a form of cartoon. Technically its Japanese cartoons and the name anime is slang for japanamation. Another word you'll see a lot of on this site is manga. Manga is the comic book version of anime. Manga is usually either black and white or done in watercolors. The last word definition to keep handy is OVA. An OVA is a movie that is released straight to VHS or DVD. An OVA usually follows after a series ending, but is self contained. Meaning the whole story happens on that one tape and not in a series.
