GRANDMA'S PECAN PIE

WHAT YOU NEED:

4 eggs slightly beaten

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup light corn syrup

1 cup pecans

1 single crust Pie Pastry (see pie recipe list/click on Pastry Pies crusts)

 

THE PROCESS:

Combine first four ingredients and pour into pastry lined pie plate. Bake in hot oven (425 degrees F) for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to slow (300 F) and bake about one hour.
