Trained inspectors facilitate quality control during production and perform receiving and final inspection using variable indicating as well as fixed limit gauges that are calibrated and controled.

To optimize efficiency and shorten delivery, equipment used for machining parts is arranged in logical "work cells." Advanced information technology including computer aided drafting and manufacturing (MASTER/CAM) is used to prepare work orders, drawings, and CNC programs so that our skilled production staff has accurate and complete information on hand during production.

At the CTA manufacturing facility modern technology is used to achieve quick setups, efficient production times, accuracy, and complete control of all materials and processes required to complete customer orders. CTA can produce virtually any product that can be machined from metal. Size capabilities range from part weights of less than one ounce to more than 1,000 pounds.
