A note to tangram fans:  This book contains no solutions.  On 5/29/04 I
finished solving the tangrams.  What to do now? ;)
The figures appear below and on a second page.   See the author's notes
below, and have fun.
This is the Tangram
all ready to start;
Here are the pieces,
all taken apart;
And here's an old
woman, all doubled
with age -- Now
make the others you
see on the page!
Author's notes (A note to the young folks):
A few of the figures can be made with less than seven pieces.
Some of the figures will take more than seven pieces.
Some of the figures were made with one tangram set, and others were
made with two tangram sets.
See if you can make some figures that the author never thought about.
Synopsis of the plot: A lovely princess is kidnapped by an evil magician and
taken to a remote fortress in a distant land.  She is rescued by The Minstrel,
and then they must find their way back to the princess' kingdom, with many
adventures along the way.  After returning safely, they marry and live
happily ever after.

See if you can make up your own tale of their adventures, based on the
figures below.  The Cast of Characters appears at the end of Page 2.
