| Story: Atlantis is the mythical empire, which mysteriously disappears under the sea by a huge cataclysm. In 1914 a young adventurer, named Milo Thatch, discovers the whereabouts of the empire. He knows he needs the Shepperd's Journal is he wants to find it, because it is hidden in the ocean. And he needs a team of explorers. Then suddenly he all gets it, when a strange friend of his grandpa hands him the journal and tells him about an old promiss he made to his grandpa. Before Milo knows it, he is on a gigantic submarine with a big crew. Commander Rourke, Helga Sinclair, Moliere, Dr. Sweet, Mrs. Packard, Audrey Ramirez and Vincenzo Santorini are the closest to him. The encounter the guardian of Atlantis, The Leviathian, who destroys the sub. But the escape and the journey continues. The finally meet some Atlantians and Milo wins their trust. Especially that from Princess Kida. She takes them to Atlantis, where the King is that happy to see them. Milo and Kida search through the city to find their past, which is lost to the Atlantians. It appears that Atlantis holds a huge crystal, which is the engine of the life power of Atlantis. Meanwhile Commander Rourke and his crew are also after the crystal. They use Kida and Milo to get it. When they enter the Crystal Chamber, Kida and the crystal melt together. When Rourke takes her from Atlantis and lets Milo and his friends behind, they see the energy drain from Atlantis, leaving the city to die. Milo and co. follow Rourke and battle him. They get a crystalised Kida back, but the volcano next to Atlantis is about to burst, because of the explotions during the fight. When Kida is brought back, she uses the power of the crystal to wake up the stone giants that guard the city. The giants make an energy forcefield, which protects the city from the lava. After the volcano stops, Atlantis is saved. The crew goes back to the surface, but promisses never to speak about Atlantis. Milo stays behind, to rule with Kida. He gives a small chard of crystal to professer Whitmore, wo he will know that Atlantis is real. |
