| Story: At the Galactic Federation Headquaters Dr. Jumba Jookiba is in trial for creating a monster, named Experiment 626. According to him, this creature is as smart as a super computer en superstrong. That's why is found to dangerous. During his journey to a remote astroid, the creature escapes and flies off into space, where he crashes onto a strange planet called Earth. On the island of Hawaii, Lilo lives by her own rules. These rules help her control the weather, but gets her into problems. Especially with her sister, who is her guardian and has her hands full with Lilo and a social worker, names Cobra Bubbles. Nani and Lilo have only three days to improve their way of live otherwise Lilo will be put into a foster home. Nani wants Lilo to have friends and decides to buy her a pet. That' when the creature and Lilo meet. She names him Stitch. He soon learns that Jumba and a supervisor, named Pleakley, are also in Hawaii to catch him. Stitch uses Lilo to get away from Jumba. But soon her learns what it is to be a family. Allthough he destroys a lot for Lilo and Nani. Lilo tries to make a better person out of Stitch, with a little help from her idol, Elvis Presley. When Jumba is fired for not bringing Stitch in on time, he takes matters into own hands and attacks him. Stitch and Lilo escape him, but there house is blown to pieces. At that moment Cobra Bubbles arrives and takes Lilo away from Nani. Lilo runs away and finds Stitch who reveals that he is an alien. Lilo is mad at him, but they are both taken by Capt. Gantu, who has been send to catch Stitch. But Stitch escapes and with the help of Nani, Jumba and Pleakley they rescue Lilo during a flight through the skies of Hawaii in two alien space ships. In the end the Grand Councelor of the Federation arrives and takes Stitch into custody, but as he tells her that he has found a family, she sees he has changed and put him into the care of Lilo and Nani. They have a family again, at last. And with the help of Cobra Bubbles (Roswell, 1973) and Jumba and Pleakley they rebuild their home and their lives. |
