| Story: Once upon a time in a small kingdom a father and a daugther, Cinderella, lived. They were very happy together, but the father thought his daugther needed a mother, so he married again. The stepmother, Lady Tremaine, had two daugthers, Anastacia and Drizella. Soon the father died and Cinderella saw the true spirit of her stepmother. Cinderella was put to work in the house, while her stepmother spend the family fortune on her two daugthers. Allthough it was hard for Cinderella, she kept dreaming about a better future. The one day a letter came from the palace, inviting every lady to a ball for the Prince. Cinderella was also invited to go, but Lady Tremaine and her daugther made sure she didn't have time to go. The mice with whom Cinderella was friends, helped her by making a new dress. When Cinderella showed it two the rest of the family, they torn it apart. Cinderella was left behind. Then suddenly a fairy godmother appeared. She transformed Cinderella's ruined dress into a beautiful new one and gave her a coach. She warned Cinderella that the spell would only last untill 12 o'clock. Cinderella arrived at the ball and no-one regonized her. The Prince fell in love with her right away and they danced all night long. Then the clock rang. Cinderella left in a hurry, losing one of her glass slippers. Before the guards could find her, the spell was over. The day after the ball, the King send the grand Duke with the glass slipper through the kingdom. The girl who would fit into the slipper, would marry the prince. Finally the Duke arrived at the house of Cinderella. Just before he arrived Lady Tremaine discoverd that Cinderella was the one who danced with the Prince and she locked her at the attic. The mice came to the rescue and before the Duke left, Cinderella appeared. He wanted her to fit the slipper, but it broke on the floor because of Lady Tremaine. Then Cinderella showed the other slipper. Cinderella and the Prince were married and they live happily ever after. |
