| It was on April 12, 1992, that Europe met Mickey Mouse for the first time in his European Kingdom. The Walt Disney Company had been very careful to find a place where they would build their most expensive themepark ever. Because many of the fairy tales used by Disney origine in Europe, they wanted the park to be perfect. Allthough the Disneyland Park had some troublesome moments in it early years, it has become a crown jewel for Disney. Some adjustments has been make for the Disneyland Park, which makes it very special. It is the only park which does not have a Tomorrowland, but a Discoveryland. It is also the only park without a Splash Mountain. But if rumors are true, this could change in the near future. |
