HOW TO ORDER SERVICES |
All services can be ordered by fax, phone, courier e-mail or mail. Click here for information on how to contact us. ORDERING ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT CREATION AND REGISTRATION SERVICES: - Fill out and fax an Electronic Registration Information Sheet ( E.R.I.S.) which we provide or send completed L.R.R.A. forms, or pertinent information regarding your firm, the property and document requirements. - Inform solicitor on the other side of transaction ( if any ) that we will be your Electronic Registration Agent and they should direct Electronic Documents to us. (this can be directed in requisition letter) -We will commence Property abstracts/searches and writ searches, if requested. - We will create / receive Electronic Documents and interact with solicitor on other side of transaction with regard to documents as well as with the Land Registry Offices and Teranet when neccessary. - We will provide your firm the legal documentation for review and signature by your client. - Return to our office signed copies of documents - together with cheque for Land Transfer Tax - if applicable. - Upon confirmation we will release / register documentation and notify all parties. - We will forward to your firm the registered documents, certificates and detailed summaries of Teraview costs and registration fees. |
