| ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT SERVICES We create online documents - Transfers, Charges, Liens, Applications, Notices etc. We provide populated legal forms for client signature - Acknowledgement and Directions and Document Preparation forms with regard to each document. We interact with Vendor/Purchaser legal party in the Teraview System. On confirmation we release documents for registration. We subsearch to insure title unchanged from search date. We register documetns online. NOTE: A few documents require solicitor to have Security Diskette on the Teraview system to make an electronic signature. |
