The Famcation group

The cruise was a present from Greg and Annie. There were 12 in the group. Meal times were the together time and the food was fantastic! The atrium spanned 4 decks and was truely magnificent. But the amount of places you could eat was mind boggling. Fancy pizza at 3am? Outdoor buffets, indoor buffets and elegant dining with extrodinary service. Each night the wait staff performed for us. If you have never taken a cruise you can't believe what you are missing.

Kim bargining

We docked in Ensenada Mexico and ended up taking a tour bus to the blowholes about 25 miles below the town. Our guide Ray promised us a great sight and even better shopping. Kimberly bargined hard for things to take back to her friends at work.

Balboa Island fairy

A treat of the trip was a ride on the famous Balboa Island fairy in southern California. The first time Kimberly behaved herself and didn't get lost. The second trip she was in the ice cream shop when we boarded. Technically she wasn't lost, but she wasn't with us, so Dylan said his mom was lost!

Dinner at Sizzler

An occasion to remember where Kimberly met Tom and LaRene, my parents and the grandparents of Greg, Gavin and Gemma. A fun time was had by all, even Kimberly who was meeting this part of the family for the first time. Her reward at the end of the night was a quiet drink in the hotel's lounge.
