Shakespeare Web Quest
Introduction:
      Welcome to the wonderful world of Shakespeare!!!  You will work in a group of four (4) to research different aspects of Shakespeare's life.

Your Task:
      You are responsible for creating a
one (1) - two (2) page summary on a particular aspect relating to Shakespeare.  Your group must agree on a format (how your pages will look - same font, same size, double-spacing, etc.) so that when you place each piece together for submission the pages look like they belong together.
    
Task Breakdown:
1) Each person in the group will choose one of the following roles:
Biographer, Sociologist, Detective, or Drama Queen/King.
2) Each person is responsible for:
     a) Completing all the required parts for your role
     b) Collecting the information and organizing it
     c) Polishing the information into a good copy - proper sentences and                 paragraph format!!!
     d) Formatting your pages and
creating a title page for the assignment
3) Include a
Bibliography page that lists all of the sources you used during your investigative process.

Time Frame:
*You will have one (1) class period to gather information!!!
**You will have one (1) class period to type your good copy!!

How to Write A Bibliography
      You must document the resources you retrieve your information from on a Bibliography page and attach it at the end of your assignment.  All entries in the bibliography must be in
alphabetical order according to author's last name (if author's last name is not available use the organization's name if available).  Do not use headings in bibliography!!  Follow the examples on the Bibliography page to document your resources properly.

      Congratulations!!!  You are now a little wiser about Shakespeare!!  Check over your group's assignment one more time (
check for errors and formatting) before submitting your assignment for evaluation.  Make sure you included a title page and bibliography page too!!!  Romeo & Juliet here we come!!!
