AP:  After a disappointing loss in the last game of the year, catcher Tony Neumann has announced his plans to remain a free agent and not sign a contract with the team.  "I am looking to go to St. Louis where ball is fun and played simply for the love of the game and love of the beer.  It should be fun.  It's time to go back to my roots, enjoyment of the game."
