T.C. MOTORSPORTS GEARS UP FOR BIG DOUBLE WEEKEND.

KENT, WA-  ICSCC road race round # 9 in Seattle and round #10 in Portland welcomes T.C. Motorsports for a back to back race weekend in early August.

August 4-6th brings T.C. Motorsports to picturesque Seattle International Raceway in Kent, WA.  Following up on a great finish in NCW at SIR in June, Primary driver Taryn Sparacio will upgrade her licence to 'Area' status.  This moves Taryn into the class the car was prepared for, PRO- 7. In an effort to maximize seat time this weekend, she has choosen to race NCW at SIR and officially upgrade at PIR the following weekend.

"Not only are we going to run the race over the weekend but also enter the Test & Tune sessions on Friday." says Taryn.  She goes on to say..." We would like to get the suspension better dialed-in before the double weekend.  Once we start racing, there won't be much time for tuning."

Secondary driver Carlo Sparacio
will attempt to better his 4th place finish in ITA at the last race at SIR.  This was also Carlo's first time in the new car on a road course.  We where leading the class for most of the race until that scary spin on the front straight in the rain that dropped us back a few positions." says Carlo.  "I think we have a great chance of finishing better if I can keep my act together." he adds.

August 12-13th lands T.C. Motorsports in Portland, OR for round #10.  By this race, Taryn should be very familiar with the new car.  Now, the only thing in her way to the podium are the very experienced Senior drivers in the strating grid.  Carlo has never driven the Mazda on the PIR road course but has a lot of experience on the course in other race cars.  Carlo says..." My main job in Portland is to quickly learn all the brake and shift points before the race on Sunday.  This will be critical in placing well in this race."
