As you may know, Yahoo has suffered much financial loss during the last few years, so they are trying several things to save money, and to make more money with new ventures, so all Geocities web sites (most of them being "free" web sites) are being advised to upgrade to "Yahoo Web Hosting" which (of course) is a paid service.

So this web site will be converted to Yahoo Web Hosting, and Yahoo says this will be automatic, they say this process should not cause any problems for you, but I expect there will be some delay of at least a few hours, and perhaps even a few days, since I expect Yahoo to be swamped with thousands of web site changes.

You should also be aware that some Geocities web sites (especially their "free" web site) will not be converted to another Yahoo web service, and if these web sites are moved elsewhere, there may be no easy way to find their new URL address until the major search engines are updated, which can take several weeks.
