Technical & Marketing Editor & Writer
My current career focus is to build and maintain my technical skills. I am currently learning C++, XML, and Javascript, and would like more hands-on experience with HTML programs such as WebWorks or Dreamweaver, as well as more current experience with single-sourcing and SDK and API documentation. I have written print and online documentation for both hardware (from the schematics level) and software (from the code level), as well as many types of end-user and marketing documentation.
My top skills are:
* Strong writing skills drawing from heavy-duty English and Literature background, along with in-depth experience in both product branding and in software and hardware development lifecycles.
* Tremendous adaptability to both technical and marketing requirements, drawing from my broad employment history and proclivity for mastering new skillsets.
* Project planning/management, learned through working with both very structured and very un-structured companies, implementing and streamlining more powerful work processes and relationships, and scoping and scheduling writing projects.
