  now this section of my site is to help young teens look after thier body .....now your body that your in right now is most likely a pretty damn good body in top condition during your teenage years you are meant to built a good foundation for your later years did you no that on in every six teens are going to have problems by the time thier thirty!!how sad is that!
and that just could be you.....why don't you start a more so healthy diet you don't have to become a health freak just so you can keep your body in good condition tho just cut down on a couple of things such a margerine and at school rather than drink soft drink so often buy some water .....waters also good for pimples and your sking..rather than a packet of chips have a piece of your favourite fruit..get together with your friends and go for a walk a walk will go much faster if you walk with your friends and you talk...
