I am obviously very bad at updating this section of my website. Or the whole website in general. I am super busy with work and graduate school. I do hope to completely overhaul the site soon. So be on the lookout! : )
Sorry that I haven't updated. I've been incredibly busy. I graduate with my Bachelor's degree in Psychology on May 18th. I'm planning on attending graduate school to get my Master's in Library and Information Science.
Well, the problems with my shunt went on for a long time and, to tell you the truth, are still going on. But, at least, now I have a sort of answer. The pain I've been feeling is the scar tissue buidl-up. So, apparently, any time I have a headache now it's going to hurt like hell because of the scar tissue. Yay. I hope everyone is well!
Well, my brother is now home from Iraq AND the military. We're having a big Sunday lunch right now. All of his friends are over and they are playing card games.
I've been having a few problems with my shunt lately. I've been to the ER a few times and to my NS also. They have no idea what's wrong. So, in the meantime they have given me painkillers and Ativan to help me sleep. I hope that everyone else is doing better than me. Have a great week!
There really hasn't been much going on with me. My brother is coming home in less than a month. My family is going to North Carolina to meet his plane. School is going well. I only have a year left, then it's off to the real world. Well...closer to it. I still have to go to Grad School. April's wedding is getting closer and closer. I still can't believe it.

Well, things have sort of died down here at school. We're getting back on track, and I have a huge load of tests next week. My brother is doing good and staying safe, well as safe as he can, in Iraq. I have added a new section to the site. This section contains pics of me and my close friends and family. Take a minute to look at them, so you can put a face with the names. My other brother, Rick (23), is finishing up school for his nursing degree. And my best friend, April (20), is getting married!! I am so happy for her! We went shopping the other day and she found her wedding dress! Well, that's all for now. Talk to you soon!
It has yet again been a long time since my last update. I'm so sorry. My mom's surgery went well and my brother left for Iraq 4 days ago. Also, I live in Baton Rouge and we were just hit by Hurricane Katrina. This might be my last update for a little while. There has been a little bit of damage done here and quite a bit of damage done in New Orleans and surrounding areas. Please, keep all of us in your prayers and thoughts.
