Ordering Process	Choose the products and send us their code numbers with quantity you want. We 'll send you enquiry document.
Delivery Policy	The product will be shipped to the buyers by FEDEX within 7 working days after payment was approved. Transit time is about 1-5 day(s) depending on destination. If you would prefer us to use any special express courier services, please tell us which shipment method you would prefer us to use, and we will do our best to comply, advising you of the shipping costs for your approval prior to shipment. Please note: The buyer is responsible for any additional duty, TAX and VAT charges.
Delivery Confirmation	Within 24 hours, you will recieve a e-mail confirmation of your order, including an order confirmation number and your shipping and billing address. At this time, we ask you to review the information and contact us immediately if you have any changes.
Standard Packing	For small-medium pottery item: Each piece of the items is wrapped with air-bubble sheet before being packed into a 3- piled corrugated inner box. The inner boxes are then packed into a 3-plied corrugated master carton for shipping. For any purchase of less than 24 pcs/item, packing will not be as the standard. If there is any specific requirement for packing ,then packing,then price will be adjusted accordingly. For medium-large pot: Each item is packed in wooden box. For sample packaging inside the country, "wooden box".
Cancellation Policy	All orders may be cancelled within two working days, after which we will ship your order and would normally expect you to take receipt.
Return Policy	In case you are not completely satisfied with our products, you are required to inform us within 7 days after receipt of the products and return the products to us within 15 days from the date of receipt. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
Minimum Order	For retail: You, the buyers, are required to order the products at least US$500.- per order. For wholesale: the minimum order of 12 pcs./item.And total amount of order should be no less than USD 10,000.
Term of Payment	Online payment by major credit card and T/T. Our order forms are encrypted using Secured Socket Layer (SSL) technology before being sent over the Internet to your web browser. This protects you from Internet eavesdroppers who might attempt to steal personal information about you. An irrevocable L/C at sight is accepted, L/C must be raised 90 days before shipment date. All bank charges outside Thailand and reimbursement expenses are to be met by the purchaser and not charged to the company,when L/C is raised in favour of the company.
Lead Time	Production time is 60 days for made by order.
