Compared to many other countries in the world, the United States is just a baby - but it's the strongest baby on Earth. Ever since the Sept. 11 terrorists' attacks, our awareness to violent acts of terrorism has increased and our resolve to squash it has strengthened. A strong wave of national patriotism continues to envelope America. "Old Glory" flies high and flies frequently. It's a poignant reminder of the hundreds of firefighters and other emergency workers who died on that fateful day at the World Trade Center twin towers. The enemy may knock us down, but he'll never destroy us.
