The Code of Milan
"By the solemn word of the Regent Gorchist, this is the one true Code of Milan, revised from the original manuscript this night, December 21, 1933. Out of the ashes of our great war may this peace reign everlasting.

An oath of allegiance has been sworn by the regent and the cosistory in the prescence of all faction leaders and 50 otehr witnesses to faithfully follow all regulations imposed by this code in leading the Sabbat. This revised Code of Milan is agreed on by all Sabbat factions, including those of Cardinals Huroff, Bruce de Guy, Agnes and Charles VI; and ArchBishops Beatrice, Una, Tecumseh, Giangaleazzo, Toth, Aeron, Marsilio, Rebecca, Julian and Sallucio. All other factions must pledge themselves in support of this revised Code of Milan or claim separation from the Sabbat."
And thus began the reformed Sabbat for those of us living (or Playing) the Sabbat of today. The Code was made to be Unbroken. Young Cainites, or those newly inducted into the Sabbat ranks are 'whipped' into the ways of a True Sabbat. Following closely with the rituals of the
The Sabbat Ritae
>>>The Sabbat values its bonds of loyalty and fraternity above all else.<<Because of this, the sect has developed many rituals, which reinforce pack and sect solidarity. The entire sect observes the same 13 Auctoritas Ritae, while the ignoblis ritae vary greatly in number, subject and observation from pack to pack.
Only the 13 Auctoritas are explained herein. Too many various other individual pack ritae exist and actually would be a waste of time and effort, unless you were actually a member of said pack.
The Sabbat Structure
The Sabbat is not a very structured sect. There are many levels and positions of leadership. However, unlike the Camarilla, the positions are filled only by the most loyal and capable vampires, regardless of generation. The role of leader in the sect is just that: a leader. Leaders are not rulers. However, the higher the level of leadership, the more Sabbat will listen to and obey the leader. The role of leader is more or less claimed, not awarded. Thus, those fit to lead find their places, pushing out those who are unfit. The levels of leadership within the Sabbat are not always precisely defined. The amount of power leaders have is based on how much they can rightfully claim. If they can back themselves up through the support of packs, then they have the right to that level of leadership. The Sabbat uses the titles of clergy to denote the basic levels of leadership that exist within the sect. The practice started partially out of mockery, but it has developed into a useful representation of leader- ship.
Ok, after reading about the structure you may argue the point of the "not a very structured sect" comment. I disagreed also, but considering the *ahem* Camarilla formalities, it is rather not. So we Sabbat/Players, will enjoy the freedom of being deemed a "non-structured* sect.
Clans Within the Sabbat
¤ Assamite Antitribu, ¤ Blood Brothers, ¤ Brujah Antitribu, ¤ Gangrel Antitribu, ¤ Harbingers of Skulls, ¤ Kiasyd, ¤ Lasombra, ¤ Malkavian Antitribu, ¤ Noferatu Antitribu, ¤ Panders, ¤ Ravnos, ¤ Salubri Antitribu, ¤ Serpents of the Light, ¤ Toreador Antitribu, ¤ Tremere Antitribu, ¤ Tzimisce, ¤ Ventrue Antitribu....
Also a not-so-well-known clan...the Ahrimanes
This is a very short overview of each of these clans... For more in depth descriptions (ie..with disciplines and such) I suggest checking out an official White Wolf© site...*Or at least one that someone has done more investigation on the particular clan* However, I have included a more detailed page with information on the Pander, still not enough info on one page to be familiar with that clan..
Titles of the Sabbat
The Sabbat places a great deal of emphasis on propriety and ritual, albeit in their own special way. In a practice similar to that of "other" religious orders, the sect has adopted a body of titles to indicate each soldier's place in the "army." Such titles are often honorifics, though some vain vampires of the sect claim titles far in excess of their actual accomplishments.
Here are a few of the titles used by the sect, as well as their forms of address. While the titles themselves are universally male, the forms of address reflect the bearer's gender.
These are the "mainstream" or recorded titles. Players and Storytellers are encouraged to make up their own titles as well--- "Such as the Vicar of the Incaradine Covenant", this makes it more interesting in game, other than meeting another priest from another unnamed pack.
Code of Justice
The Sabbat tolerates no treachery. As any army would, the Sabbat protects its secrets with a ruthless code of Justice. Final Justice rests in the hands of those wronged, but truly grievous crimes against the sect are punished by the local bishop or archbishop.
Ok, folks, this is serious stuff, not like that, "You stole my girl/car/bike/whatever" crap. These are real crimes. This is about being a faithful and True Sabbat. BTW this is not for the faint at heart or weak players/characters. This is hardcore roleplayng. Seriously.
Sabbat Lexicon
Vampires who "talk the talk" are cautioned to be aware of what they say and of what it actually means. Here are terms that are used by Sabbat members== especially the Elder Sabbat.
Hopefully, this will help clear up and unfamiliar terms/words that some of you may have heard. This is not a list of the Mundane terms that are tossed around in some of the online RPG games... This is straight from WW, and very interesting, for the most part. If one should chose to speak with this Lexicon, please be sure you use it in the right form, (and in conversation with the right people--- most Camarilla would not know the meanings--unless they were spies---in which could get you/the character killed--*See Code of Justice*).
The Black Hand
The Black Hand is best described as a sect within a sect; a unique group of Vampires distinct from all other Sabbat. It is made up of members from different clans, however most come from the Assamite and Gangrel antitribu.
Yep, this is what everyone has been waiting for, BUT, before you leap off the deep end and decide to "create" a Black Hand character, let me warn you. *There is NOT enough information contained within this page to "become" a Black Hand Member.* Don't try it, don't even attempt it, without studying further, and for a long time. There are certain things that you cannot just be a "natural" at. It is not a title you toss around just because you "can." *If* you do/did a True Black Hand, or for correct terms sake, Tal Mahe'Ra, would come after you and you'd be, simply put, history. So don't say I didn't warn you....
The Inquisition
The Sabbat Inquisition, having taken its cue from the Spanish Inquisition, is a political faction charged with rooting out heretics and infernalists.
Watch out for these guys. Careful what you say if someone suddenly starts following you everywhere and then starts asking you pointed questions. Hell, if they are following you first, better be careful when you tell them your name. Obviously, if these guys are sent for you, you've already pissed someone off. ~shiver~ The FBI/CIA have nothing on the intimidation from this lot!

My Sabbat Characters
Ok, here are some of my Characters. Some are well developed, some are not. Enjoy picking them apart if you like. I know I would do the same.
