I've been playing neopets for about a year now. I have all my pets painted, a lab map, great battledome gear, and I am a neoMILLIONAIRE!!! I've done all this in under a year! How did I do it you ask? Well on this page we will show you some great ways on how to get rich at neopets.com
The first thing to do to get rich, and I know you've heard this a million times, is to play games! Play games! Play games! Play games! Neopets has many different times of games to interest almost anyone! Whether pirates, luck, or flying birds is your fancy, you will find a game to fit you!
Below are a few of my favorites:
Scratch cards are a gamble. However if taking risks aren't your fortee you can resell it. Buy a scratch card from the kiosk in the Ice Caves. It cost 600NPs and for the NPs you spend buying them you almost always come out ahead, but if you dont like to take the risk of scratching them they can ALWAYS be sold for more than you paid for it, and if your REALLY lucky you can get a Peak-o-plenty scratchie (sells for 10k) or the sought after 'Icetravaganza' scratchcard! It sells for a wopping 80-100k!!! Open up a shop! Sell absolutely everything you don't want or need! Use the SHOP WIZ to make sure when you are selling something you aren't selling it too high or too low! Always refresh the wiz at least two times to get the average price of an item. There is a list of must visit places of the site you should visit every day. Some of these are free. Some only cost 150-200 nps! But its well worth your time! Play Faerie Crossword. The answers are on the various neopets sites and chat boards every day. If you do this fast enough you can earn 600 neopoints each day. RESTOCKS RESTOCKS RESTOCKS!!!! Check the SHOP WIZ!!! SEARCH for the words Codestone, paintbrush, morphing potion, and petpet! You'll be surprised how many people accidently put that rarity item for 10K instead of 100K and be sure to buy quick! YOU'll be able to resell those items at regular cost and make a heap of cash :)Do anywhere from 1 to 5 Job Agency jobs. Make sure you put all your money into the bank at the end of the day, the interest can really get up there when you have a bunch of neopoints. Make sure to take part in any sponser offers that neopets offers. They can range from 250 nps to 1000! You can also find neopoints by just surfing the site and going to the money tree. You can always depend on luck. On an average day, you can find 10 neopoints, or you could find 1,000. Going to the Giant Jelly in jelly world will get you a free Jelly, which can be sold or fed to your pet! Another daily freebie is the Giant Omelette Which gives you a free slice of omelette a day which provides three meals for your pet or can be sold!

A few get rich tips. . . Play dubloon disaster. It seems hard at first, but in a little while, it will get easier to play, and you are almost guaranteed 1000np every time. Do quests. ONLY IF THEY'RE AFFORDABLE!!! If you're a newbie, don't do any quests worth over 1000np. Don't rely on the stock market. It fluctuates too much. And try to restock at shops. A good shop to get started out at is the chocolate factory. The chocolates can be sold for more than they are sold from the shop.
The scratchcard kiosk is pretty cheap. It's 600 np for a scratchcard. You can either sell the scratchcard that you get, or you can scratch it and try to win:) THe most common one you can get is the race to riches scratchcard. You can sell that for just over 600 np. The Terror trove is next, which is a little more expensive. Then there is the faerie's fortune scratchcard. That's worth about double of what the terror trove is worth. Peak O' Plenty is much rarer to get than the three, and it shows, because you can sell it for about 7 times more than the faerie's fortune. Then there is the motherlode. The ICETRAVAGANZA. With this card, you can try to win the jackpot. I wouldn't try that, though, because you bought it for 600np, and you can sell it for around 120,000np! Good deal, huh?
The quests in Neopia are very varied. I'll start with the Haunted Woods Quests. There are 3. There is the Esophagor quest, Edna's Quest, and the Brain tree quest. Edna's quests are basically pointless, because the prizes she usually gives out are worth under 100 np. Esophagor quests are more worth it. The prizes are very varying, though. They can be worth 100np up to unbuyable. You have to just trust your luck with those quests. The Brain Tree Quests consist of 2 Esophagor quests. The Brain tree has been known to give out 30,000np for prizes, but it's completely random, and I don't really trust them.
The Snow faerie quests are located on terror mountain, on the highest peak. Any quest that the snow faerie gives out under 1000np, You are guaranteed to make a profit. the lowest amount of neopoints she's given out to me was 999. She also gives you a snowball, which can be used in the battledome, and a random item. It can be worth a little or a lot. It's completely random. This is probably my second favorite quest to do.
And last, but certainly not least, are the kitchen quests, located on mystery island. Some of them are cheap, some are expensive. If you get a cheap one(1000np or less), I advise you take it. The prizes can be anything. Some of the prizes given out are even increases in stats for your pet. In my time doing the quests, I've gained like 7 levels, 6 HP, 4 Defence, and 2 Speed. Not bad, since codestones cost about 4 or 5 times an affordable kitchen quest. The other prizes can be cash or an item. Not both. It's either cash, an item, or a stat boost.

One of the first things you should do is PLAY GAMES! There are so many different types of games, you HAVE to be intrested in at least one. Its not possible, but if you played every flash game 3 times in one day, and got a decent score each time, i bet you'd already be a NEO-MILLIONARE!!!!

Be sure to open a SHOP*!!! You can make big profits!!! Just sell everything that you don't need or want! Check the Shop Wizard to find out what price to put your item in your shop for. Make sure that you refresh the page a couple times to find a good price!
CHEAP!!!! Search for Bottled(for a bottled faerie, just put Bottled), Codestone, map piece, Paint Bursh,etc. Some people forget to put the last zero for its price and you can get it CHEAP and sell it for A LOT MORE than what you paid for it.

Here are some things you can do that cost between 50 and 200 neopoints:
Buried Treasure - 200 nps - Once every 3 hours
Test your Strength - 100 nps - Once every 6 hours
Wheel of Excitement - 150 nps - Once every 2 hours
Wheel of Mediocrity - 50 nps - Once every 40 minutes
Wheel of Misfortune - 100 nps - Once every 2 hours
Take part in all Neopets sponser offers for neopoints, usually they are just a survey, and you can get anywhere from 250 - 1000 nps!
Also if your lucky you'll find neopoints on the ground which can range from 10 - 1000 nps!
SCRATCHCARDS!!!!
Ice Cave Scratchcards you can only get once every 6 hours and cost you 600 nps to get, and you might not even win on them. But you can sell them all for more that what you paid. Here is approximately what you can sell each for(off the wiz):
Race to Riches - 650-750 nps
Terror Trove - 700-900 nps
Faeries Fortune - 1000-1300 nps
Peak-o-Pleanty - 9k-11k nps
Icetravaganza - 80k-100k
Deserted Fairground Scratchcards you can get once every 2 hours and cost 1200 nps to get, and you might not even win on them. But you can sell them all for more than what you paid. Here is approximately what you can sell each for(off the wiz):
Crypt of Chance - 1000-1200
Undead Jackpot of Doom - 1500-1700
Festering Fortune - 2800-3000
Mutating Millions - 15k-20k
Rotting Riches - over 100k
Pustravaganza - over 100k
Sometimes the Deserted Fairground Sidney will even give you a FAKE scratchcard! You can check the prices of those on the wiz.
Put ALL of your nps in your bank account at the end of the day. The more nps in there, the mor intrest you get the next day. Always make sure your at the highest rank you can in your bank account, because the higher your rank is, the more intrest you get.
NEVER DEGRADE YOURSELF IN THE BANK!!!!!
STOCKS
Stocks can make you A LOT OF NPS!! You just have to know how to get them.
· First go to the "Find Stocks" link at the top of the stock page. then click on "here" in the writing on that page.
· Under the column in that list "curr" try to find one that is 15 or as close to 15 as possible, but NOT lower than 15. Once you do that, click on the name(ticker) of the stock (next to the picture).
· When you click on that link, a new page with a description will pop up. click on the name at the top to go to the buying page and buy those stocks.
· Select your number of shares. For every share you buy, it will cost you the same amount as the number you saw in the beginning (the one thats about 15).
· Your portfolio will then come up with all the stocks you own. Come back evey chance you get to see if the prices went up. Only worry about the "current price" and "paid" column right now. If the "current price" of a stock is higer than "paid" of the same stock, its time to MAKE NPS!
· Click on the Sell link at the top of the stock page. Go to the stock that you want to sell. pick the quanity of those shares you want to sell (MUST be either lower of the same as the number in the "qty" column).
AND YOU'VE MADE YOUR NPS!!!!!!!!!!! YOU CAN DO THIS AS MANY TIMES AS YOU WANT!!! YOU COULD MAKE MILLIONS AFTER A WHILE!!!!!
*Shops can only hold so many items. They must be upgraded to hold more. Whatever size shop you have, just multiply by 5 to find out how many items you can hold, Or go to your stock and it says how much room is left.
EXTRA GET RICH TIPS
Check out the igloo garage sale. They don't restock as much as the regular shops do but the garage sale stuff is good and worth more than its marked at and you can sell it in your shop for lots more than you bought it for.
