Latest in the Exodus Story; Reminder of HML Training
The latest part of the Exodus story is now complete and available: The Return. Anyone participating in the HML/LoY War for the Throne will want to read this. I believe that official word [RP-wise] of Yallum's bad-deeds will arrive at the court sometime today or tomorrow at which time HML can officially prepare for the upcoming battle next Tuesday. HML has training scheduled for this Sunday at 8pm Central time. Allied Guild Hunt Contest Results; Exodus Story Continues
Last night was the weekly allied guild hunt. Everyone split into three teams to hunt stone gargoyles and the new pickaxes. Read about the hunt, the contest results, and the ore elemental hunting here, or thru "Quick Links" to your right.
The next part of the Exodus quest was posted to the message board yesterday and is reproduced here in case you missed it. Look for the final part tomorrow, which will set up the first HML/LoY battle next week.
And, finally, one last web-goddess request: every day I check my e-mail before getting started on the daily update. So far every day it's been really really empty, hehe. I usually have enough to report regardless, but I would *love* to hear about the in-game things I miss [even if it's just "Jad and I went hunting mongbats last night. Jad died." :)] Pictures are great, but not necessary. Also, I'd love pictures and write-ups of events, even if I *am* at them. I find reporting those things from S'karlett's perspective easiest, but that leaves everything a bit one-sided. And on contests like last night [or even the LoY/HML training the night before], I can only be in one group taking pictures at a time. So other pictures, stories, blurbs, comments are MORE than welcome so I can round out the stuff I report. Submit anything you have thru the "Got News?" button to your right. It would be VERY much appreciated and make my job a lot easier. Thanks!

Yallum's Legions Marshall Forces
I have not yet been able to confirm all the details, but I am hearing reports from Ice Isle that a contingent of Yallum's forces was seen gathered there last evening. One such report reads like this:
I don't know what's going on up
in Yallum's tower, but I sure didn't like the sounds of it. Lots of
people were gathered around, all in black and green. Couldn't hear any
details, but I did manage to draw up some pictures. After what I saw
they did to that peasant, I didn't stick around much longer. 
Here you can see Yallum bringing the meeting to order.
Outside, some of the gathered Legion go over tactical plans. I
couldn't hear anything they were talking about, but it looked like
battle plans to me. I did hear lots of laughing.
After I saw what some o' them did to that peasant who wandered too
close, I left. Like I said, I don't know what's going on up there at
that Tower, but I don't like the looks of it. No, not one little bit.
Although I have also heard that members of HML gathered together last night to spar, it is unclear whether any tactical information has already been leaked to the enemy. There are reports that a strange looking creature was briefly seen lurking outside the Citadel, but disappeared when Centurion Victoria approached in warning. What this bodes for the HML forces is uncertain.

LoY/HML Meetings Tonight;LoY Rankings;Exodus
Just a reminder that both sides in the War for the Throne are meeting tonight. LoY is meeting at 6:30pm PST [9:30 EST] at Yallum's Tower. HML is meeting at 6:00pm PST [9pm EST] at Newcastle Keep.
Lord Yallum has also announced a new ranking structure for members of LoY:
The following changes will be
immediate. All members of LoY will follow a title ladder. To move up
the ladder you must participate in a quest. Those who participate will
be promoted.
Titles: All titles will be at 4 levels of difficulty. Each time you
participate in an event you will be promoted. When you reach level 4
you will be able to choose your own title.
Archer
1) Skeleton Archer
2) Bone Archer
3) Death Archer
4) Choose your title
Melee
1) Skeleton Warrior
2) Bone Knight
3) Death Knight
4) Choose your title
Mage
1) Skeleton Mage
2) Bone Magi
3) Lich
4) Choose your title
Mahns and Lor will retain their titles, all others will be reduced to
the lowest level. Pan, NightStalker and Hades will be promoted to
level 2 since they participated in the last battle.
Pan is promoted to "Bone Archer"
Night Stalker is promoted to "Bone Knight"
Hades is promoted to "Bone Knight"
All other members of LOY will have the level 1 titles depending on
what their specialty is.

you should read [or re-read] the Exodus
story posted by Yallum last week. You can also find a link under
"Quick Links." This story will become very important in the
upcoming weeks.

LoY/HML Meetings Tomorrow Night
I logged in Angie on Sunday to do some stuff at the pub and found Kevlar waiting for the tower next door to collapse. Although he had been keeping an eye on it since the night before....so, apparently, had lots of other people. Long story made short, we didn't get to grab the place for the village...and there was first a large brick and several smalls, then later another tower again. Oh well. I don't know who was involved in actually waiting out the collapse with deeds in hand, but thanks go out to all who tried to snag the place for the village. Better luck next time :)

LoY Training/Meeting this Tuesday, 9:30 EST at the Tower. We will have a meeting to discuss more details on what we talked about last week. If you missed last week you should definitely make it this week.
If you don't have a rune, ICQ him and he will gate you. Also, I saw mention of a possible HML meeting tomorrow night at 6:00pm PST. Contact Legionnaire Vendora for more details.

I am now planning on attempting GM tailoring so that I can make leather armor. PLEASE bring me hides from creatures.
