*The first thing that one notices about Steel are his eyes, dark almost black, and cold, emotionless even, they look dead if such a thing is possible. His skin a pale white, head shaven bald, in the upper part of each ear are two silver metallic rings. This combined with the necklace of wolf claws around his neck is the only jewellery he wears. There is an angular rise to his cheekbones adding to his face, making it look more cruel. His smile not a pleasant one as they reveals his elongated sharp pointed teeth. His build tough and strong, without losing any speed, well muscled and broad. A force to be reckoned with, standing at a height of 6". He is dressed in a pair of black leather biker boots, reinforced with pieces of metal, a pair of black jeans, black tank top though the fact it is a tank top is hidden by his jacket. The black leather jacket in question is studded and worn and on the back is a gang symbol of the "The Black Talons". His all black outfit adding to his ?dark? appearance. *It stands around 10" in height, a monstrous amalgam of human and shark. Its snout all shark, its jaws filled with razor sharp teeth, perfect for ripping, tearing and shredding. The eyes completely black and dead the cold uncaring predatory eyes of a shark. The figure humanoid, having arms and legs. The hands tipped with glinting sharp talons, the fins positioned on its arms legs and back seem to be razor sharp. The towering figure muscled and broad beyond words, seemingly able to tear a man apart with sheer strength. Its posture is hunched to divide the weight of the fin on his hunched back. The things skin covered in shagreen, meaning its scales are hard and tough and spread out, making for a natural weapon and armour, scraping against it would certainly leave cuts and seeing the size the damage inflicted would be devastating*

Gifts
- Teeth of the Skin (Level One) - When using this Gift, the Rokea undergoes a startling transformation. Her scales becomes elongated, bristly and sharp like the quills of a porcupine. This change makes her an even more fearsome killing machine. A Rokea must be in any form but Homid or Glabrus to use this Gift. Porcupine teaches this Gift, and he has a great fondness for metis. System: The character spends a Gnosis point to sharpen his fur. Anyone whom the metis tackles, grapples or immobilizes takes aggravated damage from his newfound quills (Strength + 1). Futhermore, anyone who strikes him with bare flesh (and scoring fewer than five successes on the attack roll) takes damage based on the attacker's own strength, although the metis still takes normal damage. This Gift lasts for one scene or until the werewolf wills his fur to return to normal.
- Eyes of the Wound (Level One) - Always Active, Allows to see in near complete darkness, compensates for bright light and glare.
- Killing Bite (Level One) - Spend one Rage to activate, next bite attack if successful adds two Health Levels (not Dice) of Damage.
- Poisoned Flesh (Level Two) - The Rokea may change her blood into a black, acidic bile that poisons anyone unlucky enough to come into contact with it. A snake- or spider spirit teaches this Gift. System: The player spends one Rage point and rolls Stamina + Medicine (dif 7) Anyone coming into contact with the Garou's blood for the duration of the scene takes one die of agg damage per success on the first roll.
- Shagreen Shield (Level Two) ? Spend One Gnosis and Roll Stamina + Primal Urge (Diff 7). Gift lasts a turn per Suxx. During this time attacks that score less than 3 suxx on Damage do no penetrate at all. All Soak is done at a Diff of 5 (but has to roll for all damage done, say 5 damage is 5 soak, not 2). Bashing Damage is halved, meaning 6 Suxx are needed to even damage the Rokea.
