			The Black Talons The Black Talons are a violent group, this gives cause to having an ever changing number, as members die...sometimes with help of another seeking to move up in the ranks. This is at the same time encouraged as well as discouraged. Encouraged because it keeps everyone sharp and on edge, as well as assuring no weakling takes control. Discouraged because thinning out the ranks too much leaves the Talons vulnerable to the Outside, therefor they do operate by some guidelines detailed elsewhere. Generally there is a Leader, the most vicious, dominant and capable son of a bitch (no pun intended) around, he or she is surrounded by a small group, no more than 5, of more experienced members called the "Inner Circle" or more mockingly by the rest "The Meat Shield". They are the fighters and bad asses. Keep your friends close and your enemies closer, well they are both. And last but not least there are the normal members who are certainly capable seeing the weak tend to have "accidents". Remember the Talons!
