Predator: The Hunt
Chapter One
By Iggy Booriakin

I was hunting someone I once knew. I jumped over the fallen trees’ and I ran as fast as I could. My plasma cannon was ready. My blades were sharpened. I seeked the whole forest for him. Water was covering my mask. The thrill of the hunt. I saw little rabbits and I saw lions. They ran away at the sound of my footsteps crunching at the dead leaves that fell. Dammit. He still wasn’t there. I was very tired as it was very dark. But I couldn’t stop now. That man has what was mine and still is mine. My courage. I was prepared for the worst. BANG!
What the? Who could that be? Ah hah! It was him. Standing right beside me. Pointing his gun right at my head. It turns out, he was hunting me too. I’m not like humans. You steal something.. wait a while.. then kill. My species just kills. We hunt. Some times for food. Some times for fun. It’s what we’re best at. Usually when we hunt humans, they get so scared of our appearance, that they commit suicide. It saves us time.
That’s when I decided to let him take a shot. What could he do? I could duck and I could defend myself. So he did. He shot. But he missed. He was right by me, and he missed. And I didn’t give him another chance. Right when he was going to shoot again, I got out my blades and sliced his throat. Blood splattered all over my mask. I had to clear it all off with my hand. The man dropped to the ground, his head landing on my foot. I could see him, not dead. He was coughing out bones and blood on my foot. I kicked him in the face. He flew backwards, blood splashing up, just like a waterfall.
I turned around and- Uh-oh. There where three men with very big guns and evil grins on their faces chanting, “Die bitch”. I wouldn’t take this. I grabbed two of the men’s faces and a smashed them together, blood and teeth flying everywhere. Surely they were dead. For the next guy, I used my plasma cannon. I stepped back a little, got the best aim at his head, and shot it. A big boom swept my town, and I heard little unbloodeds cry and mothers screaming. I laughed so hard that everyone heard me and now the whole town was awakened. That’s when everything good, started turning out horrible.
