MORGAN'S RATING
Mark Dacascos stars in this thriller as Ryan Beckett, the man chosen to lead a team of experts who must destroy Los Angeles to avoid an enormous natural disaster that will have global repercussions. A nuclear accident has caused the earth's Teutonic plates to shift, creating earth quakes and volcanic eruptions in southern California and pushing the Pacific plate to its breaking point. After scientists determine that the only way to stop this is to detonate a nuclear bomb in L.A., Beckett and his team go in to accomplish the impossible.

CRITICAL COMMENTS
"Almost bad enough to merit watching simply for kitsch value." -- Christopher Null, Filmcritic.com
"As low-rent and derivative as a knock-off can possibly be -- which is both a good thing and bad. But mostly bad." -- Scott Weinberg, Daily-Reviews
