Ardalambion- This is one of the greatest sites on the web for learning Quenya. I myself have taken the 20 lesson Quenya course and I recommend it for anyone who is serious about studying Quenya. It has a very good Quenya word list as well. It also has a page on Sindarin for scholars of the Grey Tongue.

Quenya An Yestandor: This site is wonderful for beginners and as a through explaination of Quenya grammar. It also has the largest English-Quenya word list on the web. This site is the home of the Quenya Defenders of Minas Tirith, of whom I have the honor to serve with.
