Debbie & Tony |
Every night before Mary Cobelle went to bed she'd say to me, "Debbie, my son loves you. You should give him a chance. You should be together". This is our story... (don't worry, its quick reading!) |

Chapter 2 Tony told me that he had had a dream about his mother and that in the dream she had told him that he was to find me and marry me. We got married in September of 1999 in a small, immediate-family and closest-friends-only ceremony. (We caught a lot of flack for that, but it was the best decision for us.) With Charles and Mary Cobelle there in spirit only, we started our lives together. |
Chapter 3 It 's now going on a year-and-a-half of marriage and have no plans for anything else but to enjoy each other for a while. Tony's hard at work with not only a full-time job with a contractor who remodels and renovates big houses for people who can afford to burn money, but he also has a very busy business of his own doing roofing, siding and other construction jobs. I am going on three years at a family-owned inn in Ridgefield, which has just celebrated fifty years of consecutive ownership and operation. |
Chapter 4 One of these days we'll find our home, settle down and start a family (I don't plan on having more than one at a time, unlike my mother and sister who are more ambitious than I). But for now, we are just enjoying having the option of being spontaneous ... |
Chapter 1 I got a call in June of 1997 from an all-too-familiar voice. "Hi, this is Tony Cobelle. Is this Debbie?" I was so flustered I pretended to be my sister, Beth; "No, she's not home right now, can I give her a message?" "Yah, please have her call me." |
That's us! |
Help us decide the next chapter of our story: Chapter 5 - Option 1 Chapter 5 - Option 2 Chapter 5 - Option 3 |
