| The Cumberland Valley Dachshund Club is a specialty club serving dachshund fanciers in the mid-south area. Our mission is to encourage and promote quality in our breed. To do everything possible to bring their natural quality to perfection and to educate the public and encourage sportsmanlike competition in dog shows, obedience trials, field trials and other performance related events. We also support dachshund rescue, breed education and provide breeder referral. We urge our members to accept the breed standard as written by the Dachshund Club of America and approved by the Americn Kennel Club as the only standard of excellence by which dachshunds are judged. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
