U17

With the change of age groups by the YDJCA this close season Woodhouse Grange is introducing a new string to its junior bow. The under 17's team is to be introduced to keep the players together from a recently strong under 14 and under 16's team.

For this Woodhouse Grange applied to the Pocklington Monday Night League as the under 17's cricket seemed as if support would be poor for a YDJCA competition. Woodhouse Grange have gained acceptance due to the inability of Middleton CC to raise a side for the Pocklington League giving WG the tenth birth in the league.

Stuart Craven will captain the side and guide WG's aging juniors through the experience of senior 20 over cricket.
